I’ve been having a great time experimenting with recipes from this book and based on the adaptations in this book. My favorite so far is the lemon basil ganache. Soooo tasty!
I purchased the white ganache ebook a little while ago and have tried a few recipes. So far they are all fantastic! Maddie makes it easy to understand how and why to adapt in certain ways. What will and will not work. I love the texture of my ganache every time using her recipes!
