I have purchased many filling recipes from Maddie. I love making her pastry style ganaches. Maddie’s YouTube videos are very helpful and a extra bonus if you become a member. Which I am. Her recipes are so much fun to make and easy to follow. Plus if you have a question she replies back to help as best as she can.
