This is my go to book as I prepare to make macarons. I separate my eggs the day before I plan to make macs and I always pull this book for egg yolk ideas. I never had eggnog and made some around Christmas this past year now I love eggnog. Great addition to my morning coffee. I just made three lemon ice box cakes this past weekend. Absolutely delicious and I gave one to my mom and was a huge hit with my family.
Maddie's egg yolk guide has helped me feel less wasteful as a home baker. I was excited to learn how to make homemade pasta with this guide. My husband especially loves her Vanilla Creme Brulee and Eggnog recipes!
