    Who doesn’t love an espresso martini?

    Can’t say enough about this recipe. The milk jam is heavenly. And the buttercream is so smooth. Made these for an event and watched them go by the handfuls, definitely a crowd favorite. One note and probably because I am at a higher altitude, the milk jam takes me twice as long to thicken, so have patience and it does get thick and yummy. It also freezes well.
