Do you sell actual macarons?
NO! All of the macarons I make for recipe development and for filming purposes are given to friends, family, and staff of the small businesses in my area. PLEASE NOTE that all products here are digital products! You will receive your product via email!
If more products are "coming soon" should I wait for a bigger macaron bundle?
I release my pastry magazine Trouvaille on a monthly basis, and that is regularly sold at a discount every quarter (spring, summer, autumn and winter) as well as in macaron only format every six months, and tarts / choux / mousse cakes only versions once per year. If you only want specific recipes from my pastry magazines or would like the quarterly bundle discount, you may want to wait to purchase! My other ebooks are generally sold on their own, though occasionally some will be bundled if it makes sense to do so. You can always ask if you have questions before you buy anything!
